Use this form to add a new category.

Select a parent category from the drop down list. Leave it to "---------- Root Level -------" if you want to create a top most level category.

Display Homepage: Set display on homepage to "Y" if you want to display this category on the homepage.
Sort Order: It is the optional field. Its value can be any number. This field is used to sort categories based on the number entered.
Filename: It specifies what should appear in the URL for this category's page. It can be name of category or anyother text. It will appear in url as 1000_filename.htm where 1000 is the category ID (and cannot be changed) and filename is the text you had entered while adding this category.
